Terms of use

Version of 4 October 2026. This is a translation; if it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

1. About the service

Apus (apus.page) helps you count your days of stay in countries based on your trips and documents. The service is run by a private individual, German Galimov, Argentina. By using the service or creating an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Information is for reference only

Calculations of stay limits and information about visa rules are for reference only. Rules change, sources disagree, and data may be incomplete or out of date. Apus does not give legal advice; decisions on entry and length of stay are made by the authorities of each country. Before you travel, check official sources: the consulate, the country's authorities, your carrier. You make your own travel decisions.

3. Your account

• You must be 16 or older to create an account. It is personal: do not share access with others.
• You sign in with Google; keep access to your Google account safe.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app.

4. What you must not do

• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• disrupt or attack the service, or bulk-download data by automated means;
• use the service for unlawful purposes;
• enter other people's data without their consent.

If you break these rules, we may block or delete your account.

5. Price

The service is currently free. Paid features may appear in the future; their terms will be described separately before any payment. We will give at least 30 days' notice before charging for anything that is free now.

6. Your data

The data you enter remains yours. If you are signed in, it is stored on your device and in your account and is available on all your devices; document scans are stored only on the device and are lost if you clear the browser. See the privacy policy for details.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. The service may change; if we decide to close it, we will give notice in advance and time to save your data.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences of decisions made on the basis of the service's calculations and information, including refusal of entry, fines and travel costs. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract under the law of your country.

9. Changes to these terms

We will announce significant changes in the app in advance. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Argentina. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
